Report illegal content

Notice mechanism for illegal content under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA, EU 2022/2065). We process reports in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner.

What can you report?

Illegal content or content violating the law published on the site — e.g., reviews containing hate speech, copyright-infringing content, fraud-related content, unauthorized advertising, illegal services. Copyright-protected content should be reported via separate procedures (DMCA / DSM Directive).

What happens after a report?

You receive an acknowledgement at the provided email.
The Operator processes the report diligently and non-arbitrarily.
You receive a decision with reasoning and information on means of redress (Art. 17 and 20 DSA).
Unfounded or abusive reports may be ignored (Art. 23 DSA — measures against misuse).
